F-Chem Large Diameter pipe is a filament wound product manufactured using Epoxy, vinyl ester, or polyester resin. It is available in diameters from 1" to 72", and is assembled using adhesive bonded Bell x Spigot, O-ring, flanged, or butt & wrap joints. The corrosion liner can be provided in thicknesses from 20 to 250 mil. The pipe wall thickness is designed to yield specific pressure ratings for each application.
Ceram Core is a ceramic lined epoxy resin pipe that available in diameters from 6 to 16". It is assembled with special self-aligning flanges to reduce the effects of abrasion on the pipe system. Ceram Core has a has a general system rating of 150 psig at 200 F.
Silver Streak is manufactured from either epoxy or vinyl ester resin in diameters from 2 - 48". It has a 70 mil abrasion resistant liner, and is assembled using a bell & spigot adhesive bonded joint.
Dualcast secondary containment systems feature patented integrally-designed fittings that are bonded into a piping system using socket adhesive joints. These systems can be manufactured from combinations of the previously described epoxy and vinyl ester resin piping products. Provisions for interstitial space monitoring and leak detection can be designed into the pipe system.
Clam shell secondary containment systems use two-piece fittings to close up over standard carrier fittings. It is normally reserved for use with filament-wound piping systems. It is available with a UL/ULC label for use as containment for underground petroleum handling applications. |
